Someone Styled Their Medoll After Me.

Okay, this girl signs my GB saying:

'Hey. I love your look. I modeld mine after yours. If your mad i will change it. But i just wanted to let you know... I love it! '

I feel kinda honoured, but kind of annoyed because it's slightly too much like mine. It's pratically my medoll but with brown hair instead of black and pink eyeshadow instead of blue.

She said she'd change it if it made me angry, but I don't want to be like that. Because...I don't know. I just don't want to seem mean and controlling, but my medoll is my own, and I want to be original.

What Happened To All The Free Gifts Dresses?

Remeber a few months ago when stardoll gave people who bought Stardollars free dresses?

The 2 New Shops...That Actually Aren't New But...Yeah.

Yeah, I know they've been out for ages, et cetera et ectera. But since I need to update my blog, and I'm procrastinating from my revision...so yeah.

Stardoll have made more new shops. I'm actually quite happy about this because...well do I need to justify why? But..yeah the two shops are 'Starplaza Archive' and 'D.I.Y Boutique'. I kinda like D.I.Y Boutique but I don't really get 'Archive.

Starplaza Archive

Okay, I really don't understand the point of this shop. I know it features old clothes, and I'm guessing its about saving the enviroment and stuff. Im not really a fan of it, except for a few things, and it's a bit too small. But if you like that kind of stuff, and you're SS, go check it out [even though you probably have].

D.I.Y Boutique

Okay, at first I thought this shop was stupid. But now, I think it's pretty cool. If you buy the right stuff, you can actually make pretty cool outfits, and since it's so cheap you can buy quite a few things. Ir, just buy a few things every day using the 5 free sd a day and don't pay anything. They also have 2 Non SS things: A black 1 shouldered vest top and a black neck thingy [they are both on the first [top] level of the shop. So, non S can have a cheap black top which can either be a symetrical, or symetrical.

New Philosophy.

Yepp it's here[and has been for a while] and even more expensive then before.


Okay, you guys have probably heard it all, but..yeah.

I have to say, this is probably one of the ugliest dress shop made so far. After the last lot of dresses, I had high hopes for Philosophy and their gorgeous unique dresses. But when I saw this new collection... I can't describe.

Don't get me wrong, I understand where they were coming from with this, but they seriously had a problem with making this collection. Most stardoll dresses are pixelated perfection, but these new dresses have some crazy graphical problems. Stardoll have tried to make them look TOO real, instead of the nice bright colours that are made on the computer. Plus, some of the ideas are just gross.

However, stardoll must have listened to all the complaining, because they have made the shoes non SS, which I think is fantastic. Especially because these shoes are probably the best ones stardoll have made, and they are definatly better than the outfits.

Overall, I don't like this collection. Okay, it's good for summer, but I think Stardoll could do better. A LOT better. So, if they stopped trying to make them look real, the dresses might have actually looked good....or some of them at least.

Random Free Necklace.

I bought some clothes a while back and in another bag I found this random rainbow necklace that I didn't buy. Plus, it doesn't have a tag on it, so I can't find out where the hell it came from.

But apparently, lots of other people have got it too.

New Philosophy In The Near Future...

When Philosophy first came out, I thought it was quite pretty but, a total rip off.

[Bear in mind, L.E hadn't come out then]

But when the sale came out this week, I fell in love with it, and loved it even more with the free 5sd this week [sorry, I didn't update the blog about that btw] and I'm looking forward to what the stuff will look like. Unless, it's cheaper, which isn't likley, I won't buy unless I adore it. However, I'm still quite into the whole concept of the clothing line.

Lmao, I KNEW Stardoll wouldn't give us 30 free sd! But, since I don't like to be proved wrong that much, I kept it to myself. But that's also why I didn't comment at all on the whole 30 million topic.

What I am pissed of with though, is that they gave us 2 free crappy things, 1 ...just stupid expensive SS bag and 2 overpriced interior things. All this effort to get 10 million more members and they us this....?

But seriously, the free girl's top looks like it was stretched, the guy one looks alright, but looks terrible on my medoll and a 10sd SS bag that looks like one of those free ones that they normally give us?

They also brought a nice looking interior window out for 20sd?!? And then the weird swinging thing [which I have to admit, is quite cool] for 30sd! Who would pay for that? Then again, some people would...but that's not my point!
